Qualification **Skills and Experience** **Required:** * Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead in enterprise environments; * Strong hands-on experience in software development and architecture; * Proficiency in **.NET Core**; * Experience with **Microsoft Azure**; * Experience in legacy system modernization projects; * Knowledge of **Agent Context Engineering**, **Agentic Design**, and **Agent Lifecycle Management**; * Ability to operate effectively in complex and rapidly evolving environments; Clear communication skills for technical exchange and cross-functional alignment. * **Preferred:** * Experience in applied AI projects; * Hands-on experience with automation and intelligent agents; * Participation in large-scale architectural transformation initiatives; * Experience in highly complex corporate environments.
