This professional will work with structured assessment methodologies, use technological tools, and implement active sourcing strategies to attract and select talents aligned with the organization's culture and objectives. * **Requirements:** Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, with mastery of the entire hiring cycle; * Practical knowledge of **ATS** (Applicant Tracking System) tools; * Experience applying behavioral tests, especially the **DISC** assessment; * Technical ability to conduct competency-based interviews; * Knowledge of **hunting** techniques, with skills in market mapping, identification of strategic profiles, and effective direct outreach; * Excellent verbal and written communication, with clarity, active listening, and assertiveness; * Analytical mindset and results-oriented; * Proactivity, agility, and resilience in handling simultaneous demands; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across different company departments. * **Main Responsibilities:** Align job profile requirements with leadership, understanding technical and behavioral needs; * Write and publish job postings on strategic channels to maximize target audience fit; * Manage the entire recruitment and selection cycle, using an ATS system to track stages, screen resumes, administer tests, and schedule interviews; * Conduct competency-focused interviews, assessing candidates' technical, behavioral, and cultural aspects; * Prepare analytical evaluations of assessed candidates to support leadership decision-making; * Maintain constant communication with managers regarding job opening progress, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process; * Manage recruitment process data and documents, ensuring information is organized, up-to-date, and confidential; * Perform active candidate sourcing using advanced **hunting** techniques, leveraging specialized tools, social networks, and strategic talent attraction approaches; * Meet deadlines, KPIs, and established targets, ensuring efficiency even when managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
