We have offices in São Paulo and Chicago (USA), but our operations are remote—we prefer to call it *anywhere office*. **ATTENTION:** This is an on-site position located in Vila Madalena, São Paulo – SP. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * **Bridge Between Business and Technology:** Serve as the single point of contact (liaison) between business areas (finance, audit, cooperatives) and the Data & BI technical team. * **Requirements Elicitation:** Translate business needs into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements for the technical team, while clarifying doubts and managing scope adjustments. * **Backlog Management and Prioritization:** Organize and maintain an updated backlog of Data and BI requests, balancing stakeholder urgency with the technical team’s capacity to ensure continuous value delivery. * **Project Planning and Monitoring:** Define schedules, milestones, and acceptance criteria jointly with client areas, tracking the progress of deliveries from the Data Engineering and BI teams with predictability. * **Risk Management and Proactive Communication:** Identify and report risks or deviations early, maintaining transparent alignment. * **Governance Rituals:** Lead periodic meetings, status reports, and alignment committees with stakeholders, ensuring visibility into delivery progress and agility in decision-making. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * **Project Management Experience:** Proven experience leading and monitoring technology/data deliveries, with emphasis on planning, timelines, and scope. * **Knowledge of Data and BI Projects:** Understanding of the Analytics/BI and Data Engineering project lifecycle to engage technically with the squad. * **Requirements Translation (*****Business to Tech*****):** Demonstrated ability to map business pain points and convert them into functional technical specifications. * **Backlog Management:** Experience structuring, refining, and prioritizing requests (Product Owner / Project Manager perspective). * **Excellent Communication and *****Stakeholder Management*****:** Ability to navigate between corporate/executive areas (Finance, Audit, Cooperatives) and technical teams. **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * **Project Management or Agile Certifications:** Certifications such as PMP (PMI), PSM/CSM, PSPO/CSPO, or training in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). * **Proficiency in Management Tools:** Experience with project and backlog tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello). * **Practical Knowledge of Data Tools:** Familiarity with data architecture, modeling, SQL, or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit assessment * Technical interview * Hiring
