Job Summary: Acts as a bridge between Business and IT, specifying requirements and supporting project management with a focus on the financial and regulatory sectors. Key Highlights: 1. Our scope spans from diagnosis to implementation of highly complex digital projects—both technically and commercially—in transactional, regulated environments with stringent quality, security, performance, observability, and governance requirements. **Job Objective** * Act as a liaison between Business areas (especially Finance/Banking) and IT technical teams, ensuring effective understanding, specification, and tracking of system requirements in projects. * Provide direct support to the PMO and Project Managers, ensuring proper application of methodology, accurate portfolio control and reporting, with emphasis on delivering technology solutions aligned with the bank's strategy and sector regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** **1\. Systems and Requirements Analysis** * Requirements Elicitation: Conduct meetings with stakeholders (users, managers, and business units) to identify, collect, analyze, detail, and document business and functional requirements, focusing on financial sector needs (e.g., banking products, regulations, management reports). * Modeling and Specification: Prepare requirement specification documents (functional and non-functional), use cases, prototypes, and process (BPMN) and data diagrams. * Impact Analysis: Assess the impact of new demands on current systems and propose technical and process solutions, ensuring integrity of banking systems. * Quality Assurance (Testing): Collaborate in developing test plans, creating test cases, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure technical deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards in the banking environment. **2\. Project Management Support (PMO and Delivery Lead)** * Planning and Scheduling: Assist Project Managers in developing, detailing, and monitoring work plans, schedules, sprints, and project boards (in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies); * Control and Monitoring: Monitor project status, ensuring timely recording and updating of scope, schedule, cost, and risk information in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Planner, etc.); * Reporting and KPIs: Prepare and consolidate periodic management reports (status reports) and performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership and the Product Owner, providing visibility into the health and progress of the IT portfolio; * Documentation Management: Organize and maintain a centralized project documentation repository (meeting minutes, requirements, development artifacts, lessons learned), ensuring traceability and adherence to the bank’s project methodology; **Education and Knowledge** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Industry Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Financial or Banking Sector (Products, Processes, and Regulations \- e.g., Bacen, LGPD, etc.). * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in requirements elicitation and specification techniques. Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban and/or Traditional/Waterfall). * Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Planner, Confluence) and documentation/modeling tools (Microsoft Office suite, BPMN, UML); * Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Systems Analysis (CBAP) or Project Management (PMP, CAPM, PSM, CSM); **Behavioral Skills** * Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate business language into technical terms and vice\-versa; * Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning and ability to analyze complex problems, identifying root causes and proposing systemic solutions; * Organization and Proactivity: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment, focused on outcomes and deadlines; * Interpersonal Relationships: Skill to work collaboratively and build trust-based relationships across various bank departments (Business, IT, Infrastructure, and Vendors);
