Job Summary: Program/Project Manager with experience in SAP and IT solution architecture, focused on SAP S/4HANA implementations in global and complex environments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (global and complex) 2. In-depth knowledge of SAP-specific requirements in Brazil 3. Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, SAP Activate) Program/Project Manager with experience in SAP and general IT solution architecture **Requirements:** Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential for communication with international teams. Proven experience as a Program or Project Manager in SAP S/4HANA implementations (preferably in global and complex contexts). Strong business acumen and knowledge of corporate processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Tax, etc.). In-depth knowledge of SAP-specific requirements in Brazil (localization/tax). **Knowledge of SAP business processes and modules:** Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Inventory to Deliver, Warranty, Plant Produce, MDM Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and vendors. Proficiency in program/project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, hybrid) and SAP Activate Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of SAP solution architecture and BTP solutions. Experience with data migration and integration with legacy systems in SAP ECC implementation projects and preferably S/4HANA. Preferred: prior experience in IT systems implementation and IT solution architecture roles Minimum knowledge of IT infrastructure and Cloud Computing Desirable Differentiators PMP (PMI) certification. SAP Activate or similar certification. Prior experience in organizational transformation projects beyond ERP implementation. Previous experience in IT systems or IT infrastructure management roles.
