A digital media agency in Barueri is seeking an Operations Manager. **Responsibilities:** Lead and structure the company's operations. Develop cross-departmental processes and workflows. Ensure operational efficiency and quality in deliverables. Monitor operational and performance KPIs. Create operational predictability and scalability. Manage alignment among Media, BI, Production, and Client Services teams. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Ensure team organization and productivity. Support managers and directors in strategic decision-making. Foster a data-driven and performance-oriented culture. Previous experience as Operations Director, Operations Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, or Project Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
