Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient resource and team management in a satellite environment. Key Highlights: 1. Team management to ensure high performance in customer service 2. Ensuring equipment and asset operation and maintenance 3. Participation in improvement projects and metric monitoring Responsible for meeting customer needs and maintaining HOYA's quality standards at the satellite, ensuring proper use and preservation of resources to deliver optimal service quickly and with quality. Key Responsibilities: * Managing the satellite team to ensure high performance in customer service; * Ensuring operations through proper asset management and equipment maintenance, supported by maintenance teams; * Conducting and participating in improvement projects; * Ensuring monitoring and achievement of service-level metrics, telephone call handling, delivery completions, and delay management; • Team monitoring and control (ADP, medical certificates, and vacation requests); * Satellite bill payment auditing and control; * Workflow, travel, and accommodation approvals; * Cash flow monitoring; * Auditing and approving employee goals and bonuses.
