Leadership development and teamwork **Job Summary** Responsible for supporting store management to ensure smooth operations, achievement of sales targets, and high-quality customer service. Performs team supervision, store organization, inventory control, and administrative support tasks in accordance with brand standards. Requires retail experience, basic leadership knowledge, results orientation, strong communication skills, and organizational ability. **Key Responsibilities** * Support daily store operations management; * Monitor and contribute to achieving sales targets and performance indicators (revenue); * Guide, train, and supervise the sales team; * Ensure high-quality customer service; * Support store organization, window displays, and product presentation per brand standards; * Manage inventory, goods receipt, and stocktaking; * Support work scheduling, attendance tracking, and administrative routines; * Resolve conflicts and provide team support. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Prior experience in fashion retail or customer service; * Experience in leadership or team management support; * Basic knowledge of sales performance indicators; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. **Behavioral Competencies** * Commercial mindset; * Emerging leadership; * Results orientation; * Sense of responsibility; * Teamwork.
