Ensure project deliveries within scope, timeline, budget, and quality **About the Opportunity** ------------------------ We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic technology projects focused on Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence. This professional will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring end-to-end project execution, acting as the liaison between clients, technical teams, partners, and stakeholders. The focus will be on ensuring deliveries aligned with agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality, promoting efficient communication, mitigating risks, and guaranteeing an excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Manage medium- and high-complexity technology projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality; * Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and KPIs; * Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams throughout project execution; * Lead Kick-off meetings, status reports, checkpoints, executive committee meetings, and project closure meetings; * Monitor delivery progress, identify deviations, and drive action plans to mitigate risks and resolve blockers; * Manage scope changes, priorities, and impacts, ensuring alignment among all involved parties; * Monitor project profitability and notify responsible parties of deviations, identifying the best corrective approach; * Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and managerial reports for project tracking; * Ensure clear, continuous, and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders, aligning expectations throughout the project journey; * Support Pre-Sales teams in developing schedules, estimates, assumptions, and execution strategies when required; * Work on projects related to Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Data Center, Artificial Intelligence, Environment Modernization, and other technology solutions; * Promote adoption of project management best practices and contribute to continuous delivery process improvement. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience managing technology projects; * Hands-on experience in projects involving Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, or Artificial Intelligence; * Experience concurrently managing multiple projects; * Knowledge of schedule, risk, change, cost, and project KPI management; * Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders across various organizational levels; * Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and priority management skills. **Desired Knowledge** ---------------------------- * Agile, Traditional, and Hybrid project management methodologies; * Microsoft Project; * Jira; * Azure DevOps; * Monday; * Microsoft Planner; * Power BI; * Microsoft Office Suite.
