Description: * Completed Law degree; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Advanced / fluent English; * Experience in Infrastructure Projects and Contracts development; * Experience with EPC, O&M, and operational contracts; * Preferred: experience in Project Financing and contractual due diligence; * Availability to work under a Hybrid model at our São Paulo office – Itaim Bibi. * Participate in infrastructure project development operations (energy, sanitation, ports, oil, logistics, airports, etc.); * Provide specialized legal advisory services for infrastructure projects, from conception through implementation, including contract analysis, sector-specific regulations, and specific legal aspects; * Actively participate in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex contracts related to infrastructure projects, such as construction contracts (EPC), operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts, equipment supply contracts, commercial contracts, and guarantees related to development contracts; * Conduct comprehensive due diligence processes in transactions related to infrastructure projects, assessing legal, regulatory, and contractual aspects of development contracts; * Coordinate and/or participate in legal audits and document reviews involving infrastructure projects; * Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with development contracts, proposing mitigation strategies; * Stay updated on changes in sectoral regulations and ensure legal compliance throughout all project stages; * Interface with various departments, including corporate, tax, environmental, litigation, energy, and real estate. 251206020219413369
