Focus on technical standards and occupational safety #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate all stages of pavement construction, from subgrade preparation to asphalt layer application. * Ensure compliance with the physical\-financial project schedule, controlling deadlines, costs, and service quality. * Perform technological control of materials (aggregates, asphalt binders, soils) and construction execution (density, thickness, temperature), per technical specifications. * Manage work teams, assigning tasks, providing procedural guidance, and ensuring proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment. * Interpret pavement design documents, topographic maps, and technical specifications for accurate service execution. * Prepare daily production reports, measurements, and site occurrences, maintaining up-to-date documentation. * Implement and monitor occupational safety and environmental regulations at the construction site. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as Construction Supervisor or Foreman in asphalt paving projects. * In-depth knowledge of pavement construction methodologies (base, sub\-base, prime coat, asphalt surface course – CBUQ, TSD, etc.). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil engineering drawings, topographic surveys, and pavement technical specifications. * Experience in quality control of asphalt materials and soils (laboratory and field testing). * Knowledge of pavement construction equipment (compaction rollers, vibratory finishers, asphalt distributor trucks) and their operation. * Familiarity with technical standards (DNIT, ABNT) and occupational safety legislation (NRs). * Certification or technical training in Building Construction, Road Engineering, or related fields is a plus. #### **Skills** * Team Management * Construction Planning * Quality Control (Pavement) * Drawing Interpretation * DNIT/ABNT Standards * Occupational Safety (NRs) * Equipment Operation (Pavement) * Technical Reporting ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation/Allowance, Accommodation, On\-site Meals ### **Department:** CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
