Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to plan, execute, and control projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and operational efficiency while managing teams and construction sites. Problem-solving and continuous improvement **JOB: CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR** We are looking for professionals to coordinate construction projects, with emphasis on planning, execution, and control, ensuring quality, deadlines, and operational efficiency. **Work Location (3 positions):** * 1 position – São Paulo (capital) * 1 position – Baixada Santista * 1 position – Campinas Region **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ (to be negotiated) Salary: To be negotiated (SALARY STATED SOLELY FOR COMPLIANCE PURPOSES AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL POSITION) **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, develop, and monitor construction schedules * Manage construction sites, teams, and administrative routines * Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements * Supervise work activities and monitor productivity * Coordinate subcontractors and support teams * Control materials, equipment, and resources * Prepare reports and track performance indicators * Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement **Requirements:** * Proven experience in construction coordination * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD 2D * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) (mandatory) * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel **Preferred Qualification:** * Experience with aluminum window and door systems **Desired Profile:** A professional with leadership skills, organizational ability, analytical thinking, proactivity, and strong communication skills, capable of making decisions in a construction-site environment.
