




We are looking for an **HR Department Supervisor** to join our team! If you have experience managing labor routines, leading teams, and want to work in a dynamic environment, this could be your opportunity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise all HR department routines: admissions, dismissals, vacations, payroll, social charges, eSocial, and ancillary obligations. * Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and union legislation. * Monitor and guide the HR team on a daily basis, ensuring quality and timely deliveries. * Control and validate calculations of charges, terminations, vacations, and benefits. * Prepare management reports and support the controller department in reconciliations and audits. * Implement process improvements aiming at efficiency and compliance. * Act as a liaison with labor legal teams and other company departments. **Desired Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Solid experience in HR department routines and labor legislation. * Knowledge of integrated systems (ERP/payroll) is desirable. * Leadership, organization, and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Intermediate Excel skills. * **Experience in Property Management or Condominium Management companies is required.** If you are seeking a growth opportunity and have experience in the HR department field, send your resume to participate in the selection process.
