Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manually move empty carts to support casting benches; * Assist manually in removing cast parts from molds; * Load carts with green-cast parts to be transported to the drying area; * Organize and prepare casting benches according to the part to be cast, following predefined procedures; * Handle raw (green) parts; * Perform loading and unloading of kilns during specific stages of the production process; * Clean casting benches, bench chutes, gutters, and floors, removing waste from areas and returning raw material; * Check the condition of bench tool kits to replace worn tools and retrieve sharpened kits from maintenance; * Transport cast parts to the drying area using manual carts, verifying quantity and part types against the cart identification sheet; * Move and transport raw parts using manual carts to load/unload kilns, as well as relocate parts to the subsequent area (glazing), assisted by Movex; * Execute autonomous maintenance plans and safe equipment cleaning under your responsibility; * Assist finishers in part grinding; * Support semi-mechanized and manual casting benches in moving molds for large-weight and large-volume parts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in production, loading/unloading, and material handling; * Availability to work in rotating shifts. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
