Requires organization and dynamism to handle high-volume demands **Administrative Assistant \- Invoice Entry** **Location:** Faria Lima (near subway station) **Work Format:** On-site **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week \- 2 shift options: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 **or** 09:00–19:00 * Friday: 08:00–17:00 **or** 09:00–18:00 **Contract Type:** Temporary contract with **high chance of permanent hiring** **Compensation:** Between R$ 2\.500,00 and R$ 3\.000,00 (based on candidate’s expectations and previous salary) * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Allowance R$ 30.00/day ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform follow-ups and **invoice entries**; * Conduct **delivery deadline control** and **document analysis**; * Support the **finance department** in negotiations and bank reconciliations. ### **Requirements** * Experience with **administrative routines** and **high-volume invoice entries**; * Intermediate **Microsoft Office** proficiency (especially Excel); * Experience with **integrated systems** — experience with **Sienge** is a plus; * Currently pursuing or holding a **Bachelor’s degree**. ### **Behavioral Profile** * A **dynamic** individual with **strong verbal communication skills**, **organizational ability**, and **aptitude for managing deadlines and high-volume workloads**.
