We seek a **School Director** to lead the school in its educational, institutional, and human dimensions. This is a strategic role requiring systemic vision, inspirational leadership capability, and deep commitment to pedagogical quality and the construction of a strong, coherent school culture. The School Director will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and continuous development of the Pedagogical Proposal and the School Bylaws, guaranteeing alignment among institutional guidelines, pedagogical practices, learning assessment, and protection and well\-being policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Represent the school before Education System authorities and the school community. * Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and continuous updating of the Pedagogical Proposal and the School Bylaws. * Ensure compliance with legal, administrative, pedagogical norms, and protection and school safety (*safeguarding*) policies. * Coordinate the school’s strategic planning, promoting institutional vision, pedagogical innovation, and a learning culture. * Lead curriculum and methodology definition aligned with the institution’s bilingual proposal. * Ensure coherence among institutional guidelines, pedagogical practices, and assessment policies. * Supervise and guide the work of the Pedagogical Coordination team. * Monitor learning indicators and evaluate the performance of pedagogical and administrative teams. * Promote a healthy organizational climate based on respect, collaboration, and well\-being. * Preside over the Class Council or delegate this function to the Pedagogical Coordination, convening it exceptionally when necessary. * Provide support to families and students, as appropriate. * Establish institutional and community partnerships. * Be responsible for signing and authenticating school documentation. * Participate in student recruitment and retention processes. * Lead the institution’s administrative team: general services assistants, secretariat, front desk, coordination, and teaching staff. * Possess analytical vision for budget interpretation and administrative management. * Establish regular meeting routines and alignment sessions with administrative and pedagogical teams. * Proven experience in school leadership roles (principal, vice\-principal, or coordinator). * Experience in bilingual and/or international schools (experience with IB, Cambridge, or equivalent curricula is desirable). * Experience in strategic planning, people management, and school processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid knowledge of Brazilian educational legislation and regulatory processes. * Ability to lead and implement bilingual curricular proposals. * Experience analyzing educational indicators and making data\-driven decisions. * Knowledge and application of *safeguarding*, inclusion, and well\-being policies. * Proficiency in assessment practices and learning monitoring in bilingual contexts. * Ability to interpret data and use tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. * Ability to interact with student portals, financial portals, and communication tools. * Ethical, inspirational, and collaborative leadership. * Systemic and strategic vision. * Clear and empathetic communication with teams, families, and partners. * Conflict mediation and responsible decision\-making capabilities. * Commitment to pedagogical innovation, professional development, and a culture of continuous learning. * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Languages, Education, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in School Management, Educational Leadership, or related areas (desirable). * Fluency in Portuguese and English (advanced or native level). **Additional Information** Dynamic and collaborative environment where professional development is valued Opportunity for growth within an institution committed to educational excellence Medical assistance Dental assistance Transportation allowance Life insurance Study scholarships TotalPass (health and well\-being plan) SESC partnership Birthday day\-off Meal allowance or food voucher, according to current policy Ongoing training and professional development courses Discounts with Cultura Inglesa College Discounts with external colleges Cultura Inglesa is one of the most awarded language brands in the market.
