Job Summary: Lead the financial planning cycle, monitor performance, consolidate information, and act as a strategic partner to business areas. Key Highlights: 1. Development of management reports and KPIs **Responsibilities** * Lead the financial planning cycle (Budget and Forecast), acting as EBITDA steward and ensuring alignment with business strategy; * Monitor the company's financial performance, analyzing variances against budget and translating numbers into actionable plans; * Consolidate accounting, operational, and commercial information, ensuring consistency and reliability of forecasts; * Conduct variance analyses (budget vs. actual, MoM, YoY), enhancing financial predictability; * Act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting decision-making with clear financial insights; * Develop, automate, and enhance financial management reports and KPIs; * Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, process improvements, and strengthening of financial governance. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in FP\&A and/or Controller roles, with exposure to planning cycles and performance analysis; * Strong analytical capability, systemic vision, and critical thinking to interpret numbers and their business impact; * Ability to structure analyses, consolidate complex information, and communicate recommendations objectively; * Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and cross-functional collaboration ability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in **food retail and/or SaaS companies**, with understanding of margin, volume, recurring revenue, and growth dynamics; * Experience in transformation environments, process structuring, or rapid growth scenarios. **What benefits you’ll find here:** Dynamic, fast-paced environment with ample development and growth opportunities; ️ Flash card for meals and groceries, usable as desired; SulAmérica Health Plan, featuring an extensive national provider network, reimbursement, and online consultations; SulAmérica Dental Plan; Wellhub — choose your plan for gyms, pilates studios, crossfit, and more; Allya offers discounts at various locations, including pharmacies, cinemas, ergonomic product stores, and much more!
