If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor financial performance of projects, ensuring continuous tracking of results and key indicators; * Develop and update the company’s long-term forecasts, supporting strategic planning and decision-making; * Conduct feasibility and return-on-investment analyses, focusing on real estate projects and landbank acquisition; * Track and analyze actual versus budgeted performance (Actual vs. Budget), identifying variances, risks, and improvement opportunities; * Support the development and maintenance of financial models, including forecasts, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses; * Prepare management reports and executive presentations with clear and objective financial analyses; * Monitor financial and operational indicators of developments, ensuring adherence to established targets; * Support investment analysis for land acquisition (landbank), contributing to the company’s strategic decisions; * Ensure consistency of assumptions used in financial forecasts and feasibility studies; * Support people management within the area, contributing to team development and continuous process improvement; * Interact with related departments (accounting, controllership, engineering, and development) to align project financial information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in finance, controllership, financial planning, or related areas (preferred); * Experience in financial planning, with emphasis on financial modeling and MCMV (Minha Casa Minha Vida) projects; * Experience developing financial forecasts, investment analyses, and feasibility studies; * Experience monitoring project results and analyzing Actual vs. Budget; * Proficiency in financial mathematics and investment analysis; * Ability to prepare and interpret management reports and performance indicators; * Experience in people management and team development; * Analytical profile, with organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with real estate financial systems and ERPs (e.g., Sienge or similar) is desirable. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance – SulAmérica and Hapvida (fixed monthly cost of 30% of the plan’s table value, with co-payment – 30%); * Dental Insurance – SulAmérica, Hapvida, and Oral Santa Helena; * Life Insurance – MetLife; * Meal Voucher; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * Discounts on undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs at institutions and universities (FVG, UNIT, and Estácio); * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * Profit-sharing program.
