




Job Summary: Cost control analyst responsible for financial analysis, budget monitoring, and ensuring compliance in engineering projects. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive involvement in preventing budget deviations. 2. Contributes to the efficiency of cost control processes. 3. Supports project management decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct monthly analysis of project trial balances, including productivity control, revenue and cost adjustments, and validation of financial information; * Monthly analysis of comparisons between the amount measured with the client and the actual costs incurred, identifying variances and trends; * Monitor budget reforecasting processes, ensuring data consistency and alignment with project scope, timelines, and financial targets; * Prepare and analyze comparisons between approved and actual budgets, supporting project management decision-making; * Ensure management, organization, and traceability of all physical and digital files related to trial balances, records of revenue and cost adjustments, budget reforecasts, productivity controls, and comparative analyses; * Ensure compliance of information with internal procedures and Mota\-Engil's financial control guidelines; * Proactively prevent and mitigate budget deviations, contributing to budget adherence and continuous project control; * Perform duties inherent to the position, promoting efficiency in cost control processes and the economic performance of the project.
