We are looking for a Software Engineering Coordinator to lead strategic and challenging initiatives. This role involves: Building new products and integrating with existing systems; Using new technologies, with strong emphasis on AWS and modern architecture; Actively participating in forming new teams, including hiring and talent development; Working at a solid yet innovative company that provides space to create and make an impact. RESPONSIBILITIES Define development standards and best practices (clean code, testing, architecture); Ensure technical quality of deliverables; Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting complex decisions; Mentor developers, helping their technical growth; Facilitate problem resolution and remove blockers; Promote cross-functional collaboration (Product, QA, DevOps); Participate in defining system architecture and integrations; Evaluate new technologies and propose scalable solutions; Support technical sprint planning. Estimate effort and validate technical feasibility. Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality; Encourage agile and DevOps practices. Promote a culture of testing, automation, and CI/CD. **Requirements:** REQUIREMENTS Experience in fintechs or financial services companies; Strong background in software development; Good communication skills to interact with business and product teams; Knowledge of agile methodologies, team metrics, and KPIs; Ability to balance technical vision with business needs. DIFFERENTIALS Knowledge of capital markets and credit; Experience in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices; Hands-on experience building scalable solutions.
