If you possess negotiation skills, strong organizational ability, and proficiency in AutoCAD, this opportunity may be ideal for you. **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Management:** Coordinate construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * **Supplier Management:** Select, contract, and monitor service providers from quotation through final delivery. * **Financial Control:** Negotiate costs, manage budgets, and validate measurements for payment releases. * **Maintenance:** Ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans to guarantee operational continuity. * **Projects:** Develop layouts and technical drawings in AutoCAD, maintaining updated as-built documentation. * **Reporting:** Provide management updates on project progress, risks, and potential deviations. **Requirements** * Solid experience in retail, office, or commercial unit construction and renovation projects * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) * Knowledge of SketchUp is considered a plus * Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management * Hands-on profile, with autonomy to organize and execute tasks * Valid driver’s license and availability for technical site visits (as needed) **Behavioral Profile** * High level of organization and sense of priority * Clear, concise, and assertive communication * Proactivity in anticipating and resolving on-site issues Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
