Development of compliance policies and training Description: * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or Accounting); * Experience in Compliance roles (preferably in financial institutions, payment institutions, or Big4 firms); * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; * Experience leading teams and projects, and ability to act as a mentor or trainer for team members; * Regulatory project management. Desirable: * Certifications in regulatory compliance; * Certifications in integrity compliance; * Experience in leading teams or projects, or ability to act as a mentor or trainer for team members; * Ability to handle conflicts and work under pressure, as well as being flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in the workplace. * Knowledge of Power BI and Artificial Intelligence * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations through the development and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures; * Identify and assess compliance risks associated with company operations and implement appropriate preventive measures to mitigate them; * Develop and implement training for the team on applicable regulations and internal policies and procedures; * Provide support and guidance to the team regarding compliance and regulatory processes; * Stay up to date with changes in regulations and assess their impact on our operations, proposing and implementing necessary changes; * Prepare indicators and presentations of the results of Compliance activity assessments; * Plan and execute the annual Compliance program. * Plan and implement processes in the Compliance area 2511210202471761180
