Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), and propose action plans for continuous improvement. Lead, develop, and engage branch operational and administrative teams. Ensure execution of processes in accordance with quality, safety, and legal compliance standards. Manage administrative and financial aspects of the branch, including cost control, budgeting, and resource allocation. Represent the branch to headquarters, reporting results, risks, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with transportation industry regulations and standards.
