**Responsibilities and Duties**
Support the structuring and analysis of executive compensation proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies, market practices, and decision-making support, as well as contributing to incentive management following proposal acceptance.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the development of executive compensation proposals, considering:
* Fixed compensation
* Allowances
* Short-Term Incentives (STI)
* Long-Term Incentives (LTI)
* Evaluate compensation packages ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Collaborate with the Compensation Specialist of the area to provide technical support in developing proposals.
* Contribute to the management and monitoring of incentives, ensuring appropriate controls and recordkeeping.
* Prepare and update reports, controls, and analyses for the Compensation area.
* Support departmental demands and projects related to compensation and incentives.
* Provide support to the Legal Department with inputs and evidence from Variable Compensation programs for potential labor claims;
* Draft contracts/term sheets related to active Variable Compensation programs;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in: Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory): Pivot Tables / Functions such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS.
* Organization and analysis of databases.
* Basic knowledge of fixed and variable compensation.
* Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience (internship or junior role) in Compensation, Job Evaluation & Salary Structures, or Total Rewards.
* Knowledge of or exposure to STI, LTI / ILP (Long-Term Incentives).
* Experience in drafting or analyzing salary proposals.
* Familiarity with salary market surveys.
