Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Customer Service Support** * Assist waiters in serving tables. * Serve water, bread, side dishes, and non-alcoholic beverages. * Remove used plates and cutlery during service. **Table Setup and Organization** * Set up and arrange tables before service begins (tablecloths, cutlery, glasses, napkins, etc.). * Restock supplies and keep the dining area organized and clean. **Order Delivery Support** * Transport dishes and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the tables. * Verify order completeness before serving. * Assist waiters during main course and dessert service. **Cleaning and Restocking** * Remove dirty dishes and take them to the dishwashing area. * Maintain a clean environment, collect trays and utensils. * Restock items such as napkins, glasses, and cutlery as needed. **Team Communication** * Follow instructions from waiters and head waiters. * Inform the team about customer needs or issues at tables. * Agility and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and teamwork. * Discretion and professional demeanor. * Basic knowledge of etiquette and customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in related activities.
