Conduct preliminary feasibility analysis of scenic design projects, acting as a consultant for new events, leveraging existing expertise and creativity to ensure successful project execution; 2. Design scenic spaces and develop event projects, applying technical knowledge and creativity while adhering to industry practices, to produce distinctive projects that enhance profitability and client satisfaction; 3. Create and develop event floor plans, exploring innovative spatial configurations to achieve strategic layout—essential for event success; 4. Support internal clients by providing architectural and scenic design solutions—including conceptualization, consultation, and/or project execution—to meet internal requirements; 5. Present layouts with a marketing focus, utilizing available graphic resources for project presentations; 6. Conduct site visits to assess on-site feasibility and characteristics affecting event implementation, thereby developing space-appropriate projects addressing technical requirements, circulation flow, and optimal space utilization; 7. Provide consultation to clients, suppliers, and producers during the development of technical floor plans, surveys, and scenic design projects to streamline operational processes; 8. Support the operations team during pre-production and scenic installation phases—reviewing approvals, monitoring progress, offering consultation, and devising new solutions when necessary—to ensure accurate and efficient project execution; 9. Develop briefing documents and oversee the creation and implementation of signage and merchandising materials within exhibition environments, when required; 10.
