If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Execute the necessary actions to maintain and continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, observing working conditions and identifying adverse situations through inspections and the systematic application of legislation and corporate procedures, in order to preserve employees’ health and physical integrity, as well as promoting awareness for preventive action on related topics. **Detailed Description:** * Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety laws, overseeing work areas/sites, assessing behaviors and risk agents, and guiding employees on appropriate conduct. * Prepare, organize, and deliver training sessions, as well as conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS), Brigade Meetings, and others as required. * Evaluate safety documentation from suppliers accessing company premises, verifying its suitability for the environmental conditions of operation, to avoid government penalties and ensure employee safety. * Monitor and investigate all occupational incidents/accidents—visiting the site, verifying conditions, analyzing the incident collectively, preparing reports, and recommending appropriate preventive and control measures. * Carry out activities inherent to compliance with occupational health and safety legislation as planned, supporting CIPA processes, simulation exercises, mandatory trainings, and other initiatives, as well as inspecting personal protective equipment and fire-fighting equipment, ensuring they are in perfect condition and fully operational. * Monitor the assessment of physical, chemical, biological, mechanical, and ergonomic agent measurements across facilities, visiting sites to comply with legislation and safeguard employee safety. * Execute activities outlined in the Risk Management Plan (PGR), as well as area-specific programs. * Support management in handling critical processes within the unit, assisting in developing training maps, risk management, operational procedures, and others, focusing on health and safety aspects. * Perform assigned duties according to the received plan, under supervision and/or support from professionals with higher technical expertise or immediate supervisors—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
