If you seek growth in an innovative and sustainable environment, join our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN OUR TEAM:** * Customer service for unit customization; * Preparation of budget spreadsheets and controls; * Project analysis and layout execution; * Specification of finishes and furniture; * Monitoring of customization implementation at construction sites. * Supervision of decorated common area projects; * Implementation of sales booths and decorated apartments; * Liaison with suppliers, designers, and construction teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Architecture, Engineering, or related fields); * Preferred experience of 2–5 years in the field; * Technical knowledge in project analysis and specifications; * Systemic understanding of the construction \+ client process; * Strong communication and customer service skills; * Problem-solving ability; * Collaborative mindset; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. **Additional Information** * Service Provider (PJ) We are genuinely passionate about building places to live.
