Its power system comprises over 31,000 km of circuits (approximately 28,000 km in operation and 3,400 km under construction), including both owned and jointly controlled assets, and 137 own substations (129 in operation and eight under construction), operating at voltages up to 550 kV. Its controlling shareholder is the Colombian company ISA, holding 35.82% of the total capital. **If you’re interested and believe you’re the right person, join your energy with ours!** What you see least is what we care for most! **Responsibilities and duties** * Guide, supervise, and support System Operators at the Transmission Operations Center (COT) during their shifts, ensuring correct operation of ISA ENERGIA BRASIL’s substation equipment, preventing operational failures, and aiming to minimize reductions related to the variable compensation component. * Supervise, control, and/or perform real-time operation of the Company’s transmission system by monitoring electrical parameters (voltage, current, active and reactive load, and frequency) via the Supervisory Control System (SCS). * Supervise, control, and/or execute remote switching operations to release/restore transmission equipment, enabling scheduled, urgent, or emergency maintenance—complying with safety requirements established by the Company and the National Power System Operator (ONS), when applicable. * Coordinate with the ONS, as needed, regarding unscheduled urgent releases and cancellations, and contribute to the release/restoration process by addressing scheduled operational constraints encountering issues. * Conduct preliminary analysis and monitoring of operational events and disturbances in the transmission power system by interpreting oscillograms and analyzing disturbances in the power system. * Monitor ongoing disturbances, analyzing real-time power system issues; performing state estimation, security analysis, and power flow studies; and ensuring all necessary actions are taken promptly to restore the transmission system—while observing personnel and equipment safety and compliance with operational standards. * Report blocked equipment and relevant power system events during the shift by issuing regular bulletins and reports from the area, ensuring timely notification—in this order—to the Real-Time Division, the Operations Department, and the Technical Directorate. * Conduct field technical visits to support System Operators, gather technical information, identify critical points, clarify doubts, and resolve potential issues related to Operational Procedures. * Support Coordination in managing changes to System Operators’ work schedules and provide required materials for routine Command Room activities. * Assist Coordination in periodic evaluations of System Operators using the STO (Operator Training Simulator), identifying needs for additional training, and participating in and delivering training sessions for Substation Technicians, System Operators, and Engineers using the STO. * Perform and guide inspections, supervision, and switching operations on the COT’s auxiliary DC and AC systems, as well as monitor and conduct on-site switching operations at substations for which the incumbent is duly authorized, when necessary. * Supervise the distribution and archiving of documentation required for real-time Command Room operations. * Comply with internal and external regulations, policies, instructions, and standards;
