About the Position:
* **Main Activities and Responsibilities:**
* Conduct individual psychological consultations using brief psychotherapy modalities, in accordance with institutional protocols;
* Prepare and maintain up-to-date clinical records, complying with technical and ethical standards set by the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP/CRP);
* Participate in clinical supervision sessions and case discussions, contributing to the technical quality of consultations;
* Prepare psychological reports and technical opinions upon request from coordination or clients, respecting the profession’s ethical guidelines;
* Develop strategies to foster patient engagement and adherence to the psychotherapeutic process and care plan;
* Collaborate integrally with multidisciplinary teams, where applicable.
* **What Are the Main Challenges of This Position?**
* Ensuring complete, objective clinical records compliant with CFP/CRP regulations;
* Promoting patient adherence to the brief psychotherapy protocol, reducing dropout and absenteeism rates;
* Conducting clinical interventions in a focused, goal-oriented manner, respecting the limited number of sessions;
* Managing cases of varying complexity levels, making appropriate referrals when necessary;
* Balancing quality of care, productivity, and achievement of service performance indicators.
* **Technical and Specific Knowledge Required:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology and active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP);
* Clinical specialization completed or in progress.
* Psychopathology;
* Clinical Psychology and Brief Psychotherapy;
* Mental Health and Work;
* Professional ethics and CFP/CRP regulations regarding clinical records and psychological documentation.
