Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and occupational safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Design, size, and specify electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, gas, air-conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, and telecommunications systems; * Analyze drawings, descriptive specifications, and technical standards (ABNT, NR, utility companies, fire department, etc.); * Conduct tests, commissioning, and validation of installed systems; * Prepare budgets, schedules, and technical reports; * Coordinate technical teams and service providers; * Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and occupational safety regulations; * Propose improvements, technical solutions, and cost optimization; * Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair stages of equipment, inspecting completed work; * Prepare technical reports and expert opinions within the specialist’s field; and * Support corrective and preventive maintenance of systems. **Requirements** * Electrical Engineer or Civil Engineer. * Knowledge of coordination of installation works (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, air-conditioning, utilities, automation, and special systems). * Responsible for integration of installation projects, contract management with clients and suppliers, planning and execution of construction works, and * Monitoring and supervision of execution of disciplines (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, air-conditioning, utilities, automation).
