Its core purpose is to ensure projects are executed efficiently, transparently, and with a results-oriented focus—strengthening organizational culture and driving continuous HR evolution. **What you need to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Public Relations and International Relations, or related fields; * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint; * Knowledge of Power BI, Agile methodologies, and PMO operations; **What you will deliver:** * Develop and manage project development plans across various methodologies using schedules to keep all stakeholders updated weekly on progress, key concerns, and project risks; * Support managers in collecting data and information to ground projects in solid evidence through surveys and/or analysis of existing data; * Proactively seek continuous process improvements, focusing on automation and innovation within the Directorate, aiming to generate efficiency, quality, and speed in processes.
