Support marketing initiatives, events, and social media The professional will be responsible for contributing to and monitoring omnichannel campaigns that increase brand visibility, as well as analyzing and presenting performance results. * Propose, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns according to the annual calendar. * Brief agencies for the creation of online and offline advertising campaigns. * Analyze campaign metrics and results. * Fulfill store requests for point-of-sale (POS) material creation. * Coordinate supplier payments with the finance department. * Request quotations for POS material and printed collateral production. * Approve design deliverables with the agency, ensuring alignment with the brief and brand guidelines. * Organize store opening and reopening events. * Respond to and monitor reviews on Google My Business. * Support CRM activities (Salesforce). * Execute initiatives in collaboration with card program administrators. * Contribute to social media content creation. * Develop and manage the tabloid creation process and approvals with the agency and internal teams.
