Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the editorial calendar planning for social media, blog, YouTube, and webinars; • Monitor audiovisual recordings and productions for social media, ensuring message alignment and visual consistency; • Produce and publish posts, stories, videos, and other relevant content for the company’s social media channels, aligning with brand strategy and the editorial calendar; • Write texts, articles, news, and other materials for the company’s website and blog; • Collaborate in identifying, contacting, and building relationships with digital influencers, tracking results and reports to ensure partnership effectiveness; • Coordinate the posting schedule, campaigns, and monthly editorial topics; • Create scripts, editorial topics, and visual guidelines for case study and video recordings; • Monitor and analyze engagement, growth, and performance metrics, proposing optimizations; • Explore social media trends and audience behavior to strengthen digital presence; • Track content performance metrics, extract insights, and propose continuous optimizations; • Overall operational management of social media; • Maintain the social media performance tracking spreadsheet. Requirements: Knowledge of Content Marketing. Solid foundation in SEO applied to writing. Text writing using copywriting techniques. Familiarity with marketing and content production tools. Creativity to explore new approaches and formats. Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Public Relations, or related fields, Architecture. Analytical and creative profile, with ability to transform data into strategies and opportunities. Organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable: Knowledge in engineering, architecture, or civil construction. Knowledge in market analysis and competitive mapping.
