




Job Summary: Level 1 technical support professional responsible for handling service tickets, performing initial diagnostics, executing operational procedures, and monitoring basic IT services. Support for Systems, Networks, Workstations, and Peripherals **Responsibilities** Handle Level 1 service tickets related to: * System access; * Basic networking (Wi\-Fi, cabling, VPN); * Workstations (Windows/macOS); * Printers and peripherals; * Perform initial diagnosis of incidents and requests; * Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and simple scripts; * Monitor basic services (servers, network links, backups, antivirus); * Log, update, and close tickets in the ITSM tool; * Escalate incidents to L2/L3 when necessary.
