Currently, the team is structured across three complementary areas: * **Ongoing** – responsible for continuous account management, platform usage evolution, and value expansion with clients (this position is embedded here). * **CRM** – focused on data intelligence, segmentation, workflows, and supporting CS decision-making. * **Customer Marketing** – dedicated to strategic communication, campaigns, education, and strengthening client relationships. CS work requires **deep knowledge of the dental market and clinical practice management**, connecting Clinicorp’s multiple products to clients’ realities in a consultative, data-driven manner. The focus is on demonstrating—concretely—the platform’s impact on clinic performance, reinforcing long-term relationships and supporting business growth. Amid operational growth and maturation, the team—and especially this role—plays a key part in consolidating this strategy, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams. ### **About the Role** As a **Mid-Level Customer Success Analyst**, you will hold a **strategic and technical reference role** within the team. This position is designed for professionals with solid CS experience who can navigate **complex scenarios**, influence decisions, and support team development. You will lead the development of high-level client relationships, operating consultatively, analytically, and results-oriented. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drive revenue expansion within the Clinicorp customer base, ensuring continuous value delivery to clients and revenue generation for Clinicorp. * Conduct strategic meetings, periodic check-ins, and online training sessions—proactively engaging clients and aligning Clinicorp’s solutions with clinics’ business objectives. * Support client integration and process evolution within the platform, promoting operational efficiency and greater maturity in using contracted solutions. * Manage inquiries, objections, and critical situations with empathy, clarity, and agility—turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow accounts. * Participate in online and in-person events, representing Clinicorp with messaging aligned to our value proposition and base-growth strategy. * Execute and contribute to continuous improvement of communication, support, and account management workflows—aiming for efficiency, scalability, and revenue impact. * Collaborate closely with CRM and Customer Marketing squads to ensure alignment in executing expansion strategies and delivering client value. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Dentistry, or related fields. * Solid experience in **Customer Success or Customer Experience**, with mastery of CS methodologies. * Experience managing and building relationships with **dental clinics** will be considered a significant advantage. ### **Expected Skills** * Strategic vision and ability to influence operational-level change. * High adaptability and resilience in dynamic, high-pressure environments. * Strong capability to solve complex problems and perform critical analysis. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence and persuade. * Advanced data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into actionable steps. * Relationship-building, collaboration, and teamwork capabilities. * Organization, time management, and systemic thinking. * Collaborative mindset, with capacity to serve as a technical reference and support team development. **Additional Information** And what benefits will you receive as a Clinicorper under CLT employment?
