




**Senior Benefits and Quality of Life Analyst** ==================================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description **Role Mission:** This position belongs to the Benefits & Well-being team and primarily focuses on evaluating the competitiveness of the company’s benefits offerings relative to the market; designing initiatives for the area; conducting market benchmarking; harmonizing policies across companies—specifically regarding benefits and well-being—as well as managing vendors and collaborating with the CST – People Administration team during implementation. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead strategic negotiations with vendors to optimize costs and improve service quality. * Develop scenarios and simulations to support decision-making regarding benefit adjustments, plan redesigns, and contractual changes. * Ensure benefits align with diversity, inclusion, and ESG policies. * Plan and implement data-driven well-being programs (mental health, ergonomics, prevention, engagement). * Identify internal needs using data on absenteeism, leaves of absence, claims frequency, and climate surveys. * Develop the annual QWL (Quality of Work Life) plan aligned with HR’s strategic plan and organizational goals. * Build partnerships with internal departments (Occupational Health & Safety, Communications, Facilities, HR Business Partners) to execute integrated quality-of-life initiatives. * Monitor impact indicators (ROI and VOI) of well-being programs and propose continuous improvements. * Analyze market trends and recommend adjustments related to benefit provision; * Perform calculations and simulations related to benefit alignment; * Organize internal campaigns (workshops, lectures, vaccination drives, Health Week), among others; * Establish policies, standards, and guidelines for benefits and QWL in line with best practices; * Create dashboards and performance indicators.
