Equalize and evaluate commercial and technical proposals. Read and interpret technical drawings. Organize projects and documents for bidding processes. Accompany site visits to land parcels. Conduct quantity takeoffs. Obtain quotations for materials and services. Prepare quotation spreadsheets. Assemble cost-per-unit (CPU) documents. Develop budgetary WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). Equalize and evaluate commercial and technical proposals. Equalize responses from designers to bidder inquiries. Prepare parametric estimates.
