**Summary:** Support the demands of this Campus Management Coordination in developing basic and executive projects in the field of civil engineering, aiming to: * Supervise construction projects on the main campus and other IPT units; * Obtain the AVCB\-CBPMSP (Fire Department Inspection Certificate issued by the Military Police Fire Department of the State of São Paulo) for IPT buildings; * Improve campus accessibility; * Analyze and coordinate projects; * Adapt laboratory areas; and * Adapt administrative areas. **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct cadastral surveys; * Develop basic and executive projects for concrete structures, steel structures, and composite structures; * Develop basic and executive projects for building hydraulic installations (residential and laboratory), as well as fire protection systems (water supply systems, sewage collection and treatment, stormwater drainage; hydrant systems, reservoir sizing, pump sizing and specifications, etc.), complying with current technical standards and regulations; * Prepare cost estimates and budgets, including material, equipment, and labor assessments, among others, to determine the project’s economic feasibility. * Project scope: ❖ Physical Cadastral Survey; ❖ Preliminary Study; ❖ Basic Project; ❖ Executive Project; and ❖ As-Built Documentation. * Supervise and manage construction projects: ❖ Ensure adherence to the approved design; ❖ Supervise construction works and services regarding physical progress, financial execution, and legal compliance; ❖ Monitor quality control of materials and services; ❖ Adjust designs to address unforeseen circumstances; ❖ Prepare physical and financial schedules; ❖ Produce photographic progress reports; ❖ Fulfill legal requirements concerning service warranties; ❖ Implement safety parameters; ❖ Monitor execution of specific services; and ❖ Perform measurements of completed work. Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with valid registration in the relevant professional council. **Desirable Qualifications:** **Demonstrable experience in:** * Construction supervision; * Development of basic and executive projects for AVCB compliance; and * Development of basic and executive projects for adaptation of laboratory and administrative areas. **Specific Courses and/or Skills:** * Proficiency in MS Office® required; * Proficiency in AutoCAD required; * MS Project – Intermediate level; * Autodesk Revit – Intermediate level; * English – Intermediate level. **Salary Range:** R$ 8,000.00 to R$ 8,500.00 **Work Location:** IPT – Institute for Technological Research – Address: Av.
