Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver legal outputs **Hybrid Position** We are looking for a PJ Real Estate Regularization Analyst (Junior, Mid-level, or Senior) to join our Regularization team and directly contribute to business growth. If you are a dynamic and committed professional, this opportunity is ideal for impacting processes and driving the company’s continued success. **Responsibilities:** * Experience and Technical Knowledge: We seek a professional with solid experience in approvals and licensing, capable of independently managing medium- and large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of municipal, state, and federal legislation is essential, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure project compliance. * Communication and Teamwork Skills: We expect a dynamic and proactive professional with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively within teams and interact with various regulatory agencies. The analyst must be capable of developing strategic solutions meeting legal requirements, while effectively collaborating with the team and stakeholders. * Availability and Flexibility: It is important that the analyst is available to conduct site inspections and travel as required, and can adapt to the demands of each project, always striving for excellence in results. Requirements: **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, prepare, submit, and monitor licensing processes for developments and renovations, focusing on medium- and large-scale projects. * Develop and regularize projects, ensuring compliance with municipal, state, and federal legislation. * Conduct site inspections and travel as required by project needs. * Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions meeting legal requirements from various agencies, such as municipal governments, Fire Department, Health Surveillance, and Environmental Agencies. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in approvals and licensing. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering. * Dynamic, proactive professionals with excellent communication skills. * Availability for travel and site inspections. * Team-oriented mindset and ability to develop strategic solutions. Benefits **Salary:** The analyst position level will be determined based on applied assessments, and may be Junior, Mid-level, or Senior. **For PJ contracts, the rates are:** * Junior – R$ 4\.700,00 * Mid-level – R$ 5\.200,00 * Senior – R$ 5\.800,00
