Responsibilities and Duties * Develop budgets based on inputs, resources, and operational costs; * Perform service pricing using structured Excel spreadsheets; * Prepare commercial proposals considering costs, margins, and sales strategy; * Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure alignment when presenting to clients; * Monitor deadlines and dynamic demands with organization and attention to process updates; * Critically validate costs, composite prices, and assumptions used in proposals; * Collaborate with the technical proposal lead to receive sizing information; * Understand required resources and labor needed to execute services; * Interpret technical specifications and contractual assumptions provided by clients. Requirements and Qualifications **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in service pricing or commercial proposal development; * Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; * Ability to interpret technical documents and conduct critical analysis; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and commitment to deadlines; * Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork orientation.
