Job description: The Maintenance Technician will perform: \- Corrective and preventive maintenance services on hydraulic networks; \- Repairs and maintenance on hydraulic networks (cold water, hot water, sewage, PPR, CPVC, and copper); \- Hydraulic, masonry, painting, and electrical maintenance; \- Assessment of material and parts requirements; \- Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, tools, and machinery; **Requirements:** Valid CNH category B driver's license \- Must be engaged in paid employment \- Knowledge of civil, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance; \- Completed high school education. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or civil construction; ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus. · **Personal characteristics**: Good interpersonal skills Must reside near or have easy access to Butantã or Vila Sonia (the company provides only one transportation option).
