**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code* Develop, review, and coordinate executive projects and descriptive reports for architecture, civil engineering, and building infrastructure. * Develop complete civil engineering projects and drawings for warehouses and buildings lacking technical documentation, including layouts, foundations, compartmentalization, and construction adaptations. * Plan, supervise, and monitor construction, expansion, renovation, and adaptation works for offices, administrative areas, loading docks, and logistics warehouses. * Conduct technical evaluations of existing warehouses, areas, and buildings to assess feasibility of occupancy, structural reinforcement, and compliance with current regulations. * Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scopes, and quality standards. * Prepare and control technical scopes, measurements, descriptive reports, and delivery checklists for construction projects. * Analyze and approve foundation projects, industrial flooring systems, retaining structures, and geotechnical reports. * Support the implementation of fire protection systems (fire sprinklers, hydrants, signage, evacuation routes, and fire-rated doors), ensuring compliance with Fire Department regulations and issuance of the AVCB (Certificate of Compliance with Fire Safety Standards). * Issue technical opinions, photographic reports, and progress reports for construction projects. * Manage technical documentation with municipal governments, condominiums, CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy), Fire Department, and regulatory agencies. * Update and organize “as-built” technical drawings and floor plans for facilities after each intervention. * Support coordination in developing schedules and technical service contracts. **Requirements:** Proven experience in building construction, renovations, and industrial/logistics expansions. * Knowledge of fire protection systems (fire sprinklers, hydrants, and signage). * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read executive project documents. * Knowledge of building hydraulic systems and ability to interpret soil reports and industrial flooring system specifications. * Familiarity with ABNT technical standards, civil construction legislation, and safety regulations. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
