Serving as the primary interface with clients and engineering firms Description: Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in engineering project management; * Advanced knowledge of BIM; * Experience in planning, cost control, interfacing with contracted engineering firms, and client interaction; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills; * Knowledge of national and international technical standards, quality, and safety applicable to projects; * Willingness to work nationwide. Key Responsibilities: * Manage engineering resources and processes, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets; * Manage and supervise project development contracts with engineering firms; * Serve as the point of contact for clients, engineering firms, and project supervisors; * Monitor implementation of quality and safety policies in projects; * Develop and validate Value Engineering solutions, prioritizing efficiency and constructability; * Manage technical documentation, schedules, and project risks; * Promote project integration and standardization using BIM; * Support budgeting and procurement of external engineering services when required. 2511190202461821808
