Identify failures and propose technical improvements We are looking for a **Mechatronics Technician** to work in technical support, responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the company’s equipment to ensure full functionality and product quality after customer service. This professional will directly analyze equipment sent for technical support, performing corrective and preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with technical standards and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical diagnosis on equipment submitted to technical support; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on power tools; * Identify failures, defects, and component replacement requirements; * Record services performed, parts used, and causes of identified issues; * Comply with technical procedures, safety regulations, and company quality standards; * Support monitoring of service deadlines and equipment workflow within technical support; * Suggest technical improvements based on recurring failures identified. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in maintenance of electromechanical machines and equipment; * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; * Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Commitment to quality, deadlines, and safety.
