Ensure operational efficiency and safety **Job Description** We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the industrial maintenance team, ensuring the full functionality of machinery, equipment, and facilities. The professional will be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective activities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and adherence to deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance teams; * Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Diagnose failures in industrial machinery and equipment; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; * Request and control replacement materials and parts; * Prepare technical reports and track work orders; * Support implementation of continuous improvements in processes. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in industrial maintenance; * Prior experience leading teams; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings; * Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial environments; * Valid NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-35 certifications. Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Profit sharing * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
