At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activity Description:** * Support engineering studies, including budget preparation, planning, and project development; * Prepare budgets for heavy construction projects; * Develop Technical and Commercial Proposals; * Prepare budget spreadsheets; * Submit required documentation to the Procurement team and other departments; * Develop database organization and methods for input materials and Unit Cost Compositions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering; * Experience in infrastructure project budgeting; * Experience preparing Unit Cost Compositions, service quantification with respective Measurement Criteria, Input Curves, and ABC service curves; * Experience preparing construction schedules and Histograms, S-curves; * Proficiency in budgeting software and quantity take-off software; * Knowledge of Cost Engineering concepts (CD, CI, and BDI); * English proficiency preferred; * Intermediate Excel skills; * BIM knowledge preferred; * Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project preferred. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Near Morumbi Shopping Center.
