It provides services such as recruitment, selection, and talent development. **Responsibilities:** Ensure communication among stakeholders and adherence to project assumptions. Coordinate architectural projects and integrate them with other disciplines (structural, foundation, installations, consulting services, etc.), aiming to meet cost targets and defined assumptions. Synthesize data from critical analyses, meeting minutes, and assumptions, consolidating information for report and presentation preparation. Organize agendas and lead technical team meetings. Prepare proposal equalization maps. Approve payment requests and manage necessary funding for future payments until project completion. Monitor deadlines and evaluate deliverables. Mitigate delays and potential claims. Analyze sales images for compatibility with technical projects and associated costs. Assist and participate in critical analysis and technical validation of mock-ups (where applicable). Issue analysis reports for compatibility review. Develop executive projects for residential and commercial developments targeting the real estate market, integrating architectural and complementary projects (hydraulic, electrical, and all relevant disciplines). Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams for developing executive projects—from Preliminary Study through Construction Release. Develop documentation and manuals using BIM. Analyze projects and release stages by completing checklists to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Convey company concepts to designers and manage timelines according to the schedule. Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, or Civil Engineer may indicate affinity with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
