Key responsibilities: - Plan, create, and publish social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others); - Develop creative captions, scripts, and content strategies aligned with brand identity; - Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistency in publications; - Engage with the community by responding to messages and comments, strengthening relationships with the audience; - Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and continuously propose improvements; - Support influencer collaborations, campaigns, and special projects. Requirements: - Prior experience as a Social Media Specialist or in related fields; - Proficiency in social media content creation; - Creative, strategic writing aligned with digital language; - Organizational skills, proactivity, and sense of priority; - Knowledge of metrics, insights, and scheduling tools; - Familiarity with design and video editing tools is a plus.
