




We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media professional to manage and boost our digital presence. The professional will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content, engaging with the audience, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. Main Responsibilities * Plan and execute social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) * Create and publish visual and written content aligned with the brand identity; * Engage with the audience by monitoring and responding to comments and messages; * Analyze metrics and generate performance reports, suggesting improvements; * Track trends and innovations in the digital space; * Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistency in communication; * Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and influencers on strategic campaigns; Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; * Proven experience in social media management and digital content production; * Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite; * Skills in copywriting and storytelling; * Basic knowledge of SEO and paid traffic is a plus; * Analytical, creative, and organized profile, with strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
